"Office was clean, front desk staff was nice, wait time to chair was about 15 minutes. They took their time. The doctor danced around and got to everyone and made your time feel like it was your time and not shared. She was very pleasant actually. The assistant who placed the braces let me know everything she was doing along the way. Her attention to patient education was precise! I loved the visit!"
"This is my second time getting braces, and I remembered the process from before being long and drawn-out—it took many months just to get my braces on. With Labbe, everything was completely different! I got my braces just two weeks after my initial consultation.The team did an excellent job explaining the entire process, including the payment plan. Dr. Powers is extremely knowledgeable and friendly—she explained exactly what to expect with my teeth, the transition process, and how long it will take.On the day of my appointment, Jason worked with me alongside Dr. Powers. He was helpful, kind, and really good at explaining everything. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, and Gabby, the financial coordinator, did a fantastic job walking me through the financial side of things.Overall, it was such a smooth, pleasant experience. If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, I can’t recommend Labbe enough. "By far the best and I would recommend to anyone. The only negative thing I can say is how petty the front end got with my husband after he came in with my son 7 minutes late to his appointment. Now don’t get me wrong late is late but I did a courteous call to inform them that my husband was running late. There Is a 15 minute grace period and I informed them that my husband was going to NOT even be 10 minutes late. The front end made a sarcastic unnecessary remark to my husband when he was checking in and that truly was unacceptable and unnecessary."

"First visit for braces consultation. The whole staff is extremely friendly and it’s a very cozy, welcoming office. Dr. Powers was great and most importantly honest. She didn’t push braces that our son didn’t really need and instead advised to have us come back in a year or two as our son is still growing and his mouth will change. If the time comes when we need work done, this is certainly where I would choose to take my children."

"I had my Invisalign consultation yesterday with Gabie & Dr. Labbe went great and signed everything the next day to proceed. Everyone seems really friendly really efficient excited about the process Will get my trays in about a month. In-house financing is available if needed flexible payment options as well as multiple packages to choose from Depending on what they recommend for your treatment. They seem to have up-to-date x-rays and scans to allow for more modern day technology and allows you to come less frequently in office for trays."

"I have been with this practice for almost 2 years and never had a bad experience. Communication is excellent; everyone is very professional; and the doctors take time to provide thorough explanation of care. I love the honesty as well; if the treatment is not appropriate or will not yield optimal result, they tell you upfront so you can make an informed decision. Scheduling appointments are a breeze, this practice does everything to work with or accommodate patients’ work schedules. Appointments are also very timely, no sitting in the office forever. I transferred my son’s orthodontic care to Labbe Family, because of the excellent service."
