Our Story
Founded in 1977 by Dr. Lamon A. Stewart, our practice has a long-standing legacy of excellence in orthodontic care throughout the Greenbelt and Annapolis communities. In 1990, Dr. Stephen Labbé was thoughtfully chosen to continue that legacy, sharing Dr. Stewart’s values, philosophy, and passion for patient-centered treatment.
Today, with four convenient locations in Annapolis, Greenbelt, Bowie and Gambrills, Dr. Labbe and his dedicated team remain committed to providing advanced orthodontic care in a welcoming environment, earning the trust of generations of patients through exceptional experiences and beautiful results.

These digital scans allow us to design a personalized treatment plan, track progress with precision, and even show you a preview of your future smile, making your orthodontic experience smoother, more efficient, and easier to understand from start to finish.
Dental Monitoring
Dental Monitoring allows our patients to stay connected with their orthodontist from home by using a simple mobile app and ScanBox® to send weekly scans of their teeth. These secure images are reviewed by your orthodontist, allowing us to track progress, make recommendations, and schedule in-office visits only when truly necessary. By reducing unnecessary appointments, Dental Monitoring helps busy families save time, avoid missed school or work, and enjoy a more flexible, convenient orthodontic experience without compromising the quality of care.
