Our Story
Founded in 1977 by Dr. Lamon A. Stewart, our practice has a long-standing legacy of excellence in orthodontic care throughout the Greenbelt and Annapolis communities. In 1990, Dr. Stephen Labbe was thoughtfully chosen to continue that legacy, sharing Dr. Stewart’s values, philosophy, and passion for patient-centered treatment.
Today, with four convenient locations in Annapolis, Greenbelt, Bowie, and Gambrills, Dr. Labbe and his dedicated team remain committed to providing advanced orthodontic care in a welcoming environment, earning the trust of generations of patients through exceptional experiences and beautiful results.

I’ve visited the Annapolis, Crofton and Bowie locations and have always had a great experience with Labbe Family Orthodontics. The staff is friendly, scheduling appointments is easy, and I’ve experienced very little wait time when arriving.Labbe helped me with Invisalign to make a few corrections to my teeth, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The doctors took the time to really listen to the changes I wanted to make, determine what adjustments were needed, and map out a clear plan and schedule to achieve the results I was looking for.What impressed me most was how genuinely committed the Labbe team was to making sure the final results were exactly right.
